No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and in accordance with applicable health and safety standards, all sales are final. ABC (Atina Beauty Cosmetics) does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Our products are topical cosmetic goods intended for direct application to the hair and scalp. Additionally, all products are produced in small batches and, in certain cases, freshly prepared to order to preserve potency, quality, and ingredient integrity. As a result, returned items cannot be resold, reused, or redistributed.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to verify handling, storage conditions, or potential exposure to contamination. Accepting returns under these circumstances would compromise both product integrity and sanitation standards.

Further, a strict no-return policy ensures fairness to all customers, as it guarantees that every customer receives only new, unused, and untouched products.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, ingredient disclosures, and usage instructions carefully prior to placing an order.

In the event an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our sole discretion.
